Places to go in Cēsis when travelling with a dog

Hi,
Me and my girlfriend are planning to visit Cēsis tomorrow, but because it's only two hour-ride, we'd like to take our dog with us.

Does any local know if there are any nice places to walk, where I can also take a dog. Or any other activities.

Also, is there a special walking area meant for dogs? For example a fence-restrained area or something similar.
