Good morning,
I decided to write here in hope to find some help. Sorry for writing
in English but I do not speak Latvian, I am Polish. Yesterday going
from Poland to Finland by car we (me and my partner) stopped for a
while in Neste station, next to Hesburger and nearby Rimi shopping center
in Bauska. On that big parking in front of Rimi there was a beautiful
dog. We gave him food and water, he was really hungry:( I am pretty
sure, that someone threw him away from the car and drove off, cause
this dog was running from one car to another, as if he wanted to find
,,his owner''. What is more, he had a collar and inside collar pocket
there was a small piece of paper with his name and date of birth, no
even one word about the owner. Thats why I assume, that someone wanted
to get rid off him but this ''good owner'' put this basic info fore
some possible ,,next owners''. Please, could someone from Bauska or
this area check whats going on with that doggie or possibly contact to
some animal association in Latvia? I do wanted to help him, but we
were really hurry to catch our morning ferry, so I couldnt stay with
this poor doggie longer than 10 minutes:( Besides I don't even speak
Latvian and I don't know who I could contact with....I really hope
that someone will help him! thank you in advance! I wait for any info about him

PS It was quite big doggie, with white fur and characteristic black
big spot on his back. Don't remember his name, if I remember right he
was born 9.5.2002. We saw him +/- at 00:30 a.m. today.
PS2 sorry if I put this message on wrong forum, it's due to my lack of knowledge of Latvian, but I believe you will forgive me! I really count on you!
